Sharon Tetlow is chair of Dice Therapeutics’ audit committee and member of the company’s nominating and governance committee. She currently chairs the audit committee and serves on the nominating and governance committee of Structure Therapeutics, Inc., a public biopharmaceutical company, and sits on the supervisory board and chairs the audit committee of public life science company Valneva SE. She was previously the chair of public biotech company Catalyst Biosciences until its reverse merger in December 2022.
Since January 2016, Sharon has served as managing partner of Potrero Hill Advisors, which provides strategic and operational financial support to life science companies. She was previously a managing director with Danforth Advisors, and before that served as chief financial officer of public and private biotechnology companies.
Sharon holds a B.S. in psychology from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Stanford University.
